New user of Premier Sports on Sky+. I have my own dish but live unblock of 4 maisonettes. Premier Sports 1 seems OK during quiet times but then I get "no signal" message in evening/live matches - other channels work (including PS2). I've gone through re-start etc. several times and not weather related.

Most likely the dish is slightly misaligned. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look. Or consider upgrading to Sky Q, perhaps.
