Netflix not working on wifi

Netflix works on wired sky boxes but not on the box on WiFi. Swapped boxes over still the same. Download speed 522Mbps. Any ideas?

Sky Q? Or Sky Stream? Sky+ boxes (where you've posted) don't support apps like Netflix.
