Need help with getting a sky engineer out to check the satellite signal

I need help in getting an engineer out to my house to check the satellite signal. I tried phoning but it was NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Can anyone help me please. I live in NORTHERN IRELAND. Just outside Belfast.

Unless you have Sky Protect, Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ customers. You'll need to arrange for a local satellite installer to take a look. Or upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Stream.
