My tv when on standby starts when I switch on sky box

I have 2 tvs connected to my sky box one HDMI other via RF .When I start sky in the RF tv room the Tv connected via HDMI comes out of standby. Can I stop this happening

Turn off 'HDMI control over RF' in your Sky box settings. From distant memory I think it's in the Picture menu.
