My television has not been getting satellite signal no one else in my building has this problem. This has been going on for a week, i seem to be not getting any channels i restarted many times the wifi works but noy the tv, please respond as soon as a possible.

Are ypu c0nnected to a communal dish, or do you have your own? If it's a communal dish, ypur landlord or managing agent is responsible for getting a signal into your flat and ypu'll need to speak to them.
