If the cables are firmly in the back of the box then you will need to find a local company to you to come out this is because Sky no longer supports Sky+ setups unless you have Sky Protect.

@Lauraseeney now might be a convenient time to thnk about upgrading to Sky Q. Any problems with the signal from your satellite dish will be fixed at no additional cost, as part of the Sky Q installation.
