My sky remote for my main box has completely broken, I am currently waiting for a replacement, but ?

Good morning, I requested a new remote control at the weekend, as the one I have has completely stopped working! I was given a reference number (KMM63144680V20322LOKM)

I was told my request would be processed within the next 3 days! Also that someone would be in contact with me? I have not had any response or received a new remote?

please can you let me know what is happening?

@Samm6  I'm afraid you're not contacting Sky custoemr services via the forum, we are customers here, we have no access to any accounts so unable to provide you with any updates.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer (like Argos) / main supermarket.

My sky remote is completely broken and sky said they would send a replacement in 3 days which was October 21st and it hasn't arrived yet

@AnthonyMcCarthy if this,is for a Sky+ box - the forum you've posted in - I think it unlikely that Sky will send you a replacement.  You can buy one from many online stores, or a local hardware store, or even your supermarket.
