Sky is not connecting to my broadband I'll try turning it on and off again.But it's still not working.Someone.Please help me

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry turning both your Sky box and your broadband router off at the plug. Restart your router after 30 seconds or so, and your Sky box after another 4 minutes. Then see if it will connect.
