My sky+hd box is not starting up and has a red light in the middle

My hd+box won't start up and has a red light in the middle. What should I do?  I have disconnected and enjoyed

Rebooted but get nothing on the screen

Try Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-plus-box-stuck-on-standby but I suspect your Sky box has failed.
