My Sky froze so I unplugged to reset it. Now it's saying ....

Your Sky+HD box isn't getting a satellite signal?

So far as you can see outside and indoors are the dish cables still intact? Has your Sky box been disturbed recently? How long did you switch it off at the plug for?

I have followed all the Sky help guides they aere not any use. It would be nice to be able to speak to some body, but that seems impossible. I belive its time sky and I parted company

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream


You would need a 3rd party to check your system as it sounds like a hardware failure

Just to confirm - do you have Sky+? What problem are you having?
