My sky+ does not work? Says sky box not connected to broadband?
Sky+ does not work? Says sky card not inserted or sky box not connected to broadband? Been with Sky over 20 years, never had any issues?

Sky+ does not need broadband to work, broadband is optional
Your card is the issue, it is either damaged or more likely been disabled / cancelled
