You'll need to contact a local independent satellite engineer and pay for them to fix this. Sky no longer support Sky+ as it is now an obsolete system. You can switch to Sky Q if you like, whereby Sky will come and replace your dish and cabling and provide you with a new Sky Q box. You'll need to ring Sky if you wish to do this.

Additionally if you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post on here stated they wouldn't send an engineer - but they did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.
