My sky card is no longer working and sky is not helping me

Had my sky ages and all of a sudden today it's saying there is no sky card inserted. 

I have followed all instructions provided online and it's not working.

@Li1227 you could try turning the box off at the plug and removing the Viewing Card. Clean the gold contacts with a soft, fluff-free cloth. After 4 minutes turn the box back on at the plug and wait for it to finish restarting, then reinsert the Viewing Card.
