My sky boxes are old but working. Can i bet a free upgrade as a platinum customer?

Is it possible to upgrade my tv boxes?

I am a platinum customer.

Can anybody help as its very hard to get in touch with sky Ireland customer service.

@Helenaom  We are all customer shere, to do any upgrades you do need to call, the forum can't do upgrades/contracts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
