Sky don't send engineers out now unless you have Sky Protect Insurance

Sky stopped servicing Sky+ boxes a few months back so if you call them then they will insist you upgrade to Sky Q. There is nothing from stopping you getting a company out local to you to do this.

Sky are no longer providing engineer support for Sky+ subscribers, unless you have Sky Protect. There are no new Sky+ boxes, the last being manufactured 8 years ago, but you can buy a used replacement cheaply from the likes of ebay. Just look for a DRX890 or DRX895 as they're the most recent model. Or now might be the time to seek a good deal from Sky for upgrading to Sky Q.
