My sky + TV box won.t connect to my router.

I can still watch sky tv but my catch up has gone, my TV listings don't work and there is an on screen message saying connect sky box to router. I have trted the wps button at the side of my router ,pushed it for 2 seconds, then press the WPs button on my Sky + HD box which flashes yellow, but does not connect??!! What can I try.

Turn off your router and Sky Box for a coupe of minutes, then turn on the router and wait for it to fully start, then do the same for your Sky box
