@JPlumb1

I'm afraid Sky no longer deploy engineers to issues with Sky+. You will need to contact a local satellite engineer if an engineer is definitely needed.

Can you just book me an engineer, I do not need to call you as I am aware in need a call out. I understand I will need to pay. Please arrange a house call as I would expect a refund as I am missing the rugby tonight along with other shows

Sky won't arrange an engineer for Sky+ subscriptions, unless you have Sky Protect. You'll need to find a local independent satellite engineer.

You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. Please read my earlier post. Sky no longer attend to Sky+ issues. You will either need to contact a local satellite installation company or upgrade to Sky Q. The only exception is if you have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General insurance.

edit: unfortunately Sky won't compensate you for missing programmes.

No, I have been with you for 24 years and now you're equipment is defective.
You are obligated under uk law to **bleep** the issue. I have been paying you over £100 per month for years. If I do not receive a reply within 48 hours offering a call out I will be contacting trading standards

The advise you have been given is correct. Sky will not send an engineer. You aren't reading our replies. We are customers here.
