My service in registered as a Sky Q when I have never used it and have Sky +. Also remove sky kids.

My service says that I am with SKY Q when I have a SKY + box. I would also like to remove Sky Kids as I dont use it anymore.

You have to give Sky 31 days notice to cancel the kids package so there are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:
