My second box in Sky HD+ multiroom won't play a lot of channels

channels it won't play include  - eg 106, 107, 108...206, 207, 208.. 301, 302, 303,.... 401, 402, 403...

the main box is fine

this has happened before and is very frustrating for my 108 year old mother who watches on this second box.

They play find on the main box.
