My father is elderly and needs help to repair his card

My father is elderly and received the card needs to be paired notification. This happens yearly and we ring technical support and they do it very quickly. Please can you do this again as he has no TV and does not have broadband- so its simply the news he watches.

@Maria165 I'm afraid as we're customers here, we can't do that. With no broadband , it's a matter of calling Sky again. Don't let them tell you that you have to upgrade - you definitely don't.
