@Mark39 so there is no process at Sky CSs to reverse the cancellation of Sky+ cards when a Sky Q installation can not be completed?

Sky CAN NOT reverse a card cancellation, how's that 😇

@Annie+UK  my card has not been cancelled, merely stopped working and its impossible to get hold of the right agent to have a new REPLACEMENT card sent out.

So why did you mention Sky Q in your other post? Ordering Sky Q initiates the cancellation of your card automatically

@esj1 All the cancellation comments directed at you were strange🤔

 

It was obvious you just wanted a replacement card ... and any option of going to Sky Q was not possible😉
