My Sky + HD box won’t access the list of available WiFi when I press the red button

I am trying to connect a Sky+HD box to the wifi

when I press reset (via the red button) nothing happens

Do you have access to WPS on your router and Sky Box/Adaptor?

This is what is happening to us can you tell me did you resolve this problem and how you did it? We can't seem to see any wps button on the sky box???

@Teddy15 if your Sky box doesn't have a WPS button on the front panel, it doesn't have wifi capability. You would either need to connect it via an ethernet cable to your router, or obtain a Sky wireless connector, which is a separate, small add-on black box

It's been working for years but just stopped doing it. Box doesn't have wps button and using remote it won't allow us to put in our WiFi password! Just going round in circles

So as there's no WPS button, is there an ethernet cable connection or an alternative wifi connection of some sort?

It's been working until recently then just stopped and now can't access catch up as saying it's not connected to our broadband. When we try to connect using sky remote we go to services then network and press red button. It should then give us the opportunity to click on our network and put in password but it doesn't do anything!!
