Moving abroad (Switzerland) can I take SKY with me?

Hello

I am moving to Switzerland, can I take my sky box abroad and continue using it?

Is there an email address to contact SKY about this and get assistance? Or  a phone number?

I'm afraid not.

However, Sky are represened in Switzerland, I believe, so you could contact them to establish what services they have and how to sign up.

@Michael4411

No. Your contract is for UK / ROI use only, as is the T's and C's regarding the viewing card useage which is just at the account address.

It's not possible to transfer a Sky UK television subscription to another country. Sky is a regulated media provider in Switzerland, but naturally the content served will be in German, French or Italian.  Any satellite dish in Switzerland (assuming it can see over a mountain) is likely to be pointing at Astra 19.2 for European broadcast reception, rather than 28.2 which serves the UK and RoI.

Note that Sky Stream is geo-blocked and won't work even where internet is available.

@Michael4411  The good news is there is a legitimate Swiss Pay TV provider where you do get a selection of FTA satellite channels from the UK, but as @TimmyBGood indicates pay channels will be in either German, Italian and French as those are the 3 languages spoken across Switzerland.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Interestingly expensive, like the rest of the country...
