Rang sky and was told that channels 123 and 163 would return in 24 hours. Still not back after 3 days. Not good enough sky and need a refund for paying for something I'm not getting.

What is happening when you try to watch either of them as they are working for me. If that is what Sky told you then it is a poor response.

Are any other channels missing? Do you get the HD version or SD version?
If it's showing No Satellite signal then I'm afraid if you have a Sky+HD box you will need to obtain the services of an aerial specialist to realiogn your dish as Sky no longer support legacy equipment. https://rxtvinfo.com/2023/old-sky-receivers-to-become-obsolete/
A misaligned dish would not correct itself in 24 hours so a bit confused by the info you were given.

That's an issue with your equipment, not a broadcast problem. Sky won't pay you any compensation for that, I'm afraid. You'll need to get your dish looked at, as previously posted.
