Missing SKY HD channels and new TV contract

I have recently agreed a new contract which should include everything I had under a legacy contract but with Netflix and Sky Q Multiroom. Something happened yesterday and I lost the Sly HD channels. Please can they be re-instated until I get Sky Q on the 18th February, that is a month away.

If you are being asked to upgrade you will have to call Sky about this.
