I have been told the same thing , I run 2 sky + boxes , one got re instated , now the other is just coming up to upgrade , even tho I pay for a full package , sky said they are no longer able to sort this issue as the system is outdated, the only option is Q & as I have multi room I need 4 boxes , been with them 24 years
