Magic eye not working after fibre broadband installed
I have a Sky + HD box and magic eyes in 4 rooms. It's all worked perfectly until we had fibre broadband connected the other week and a new sky broadband wifi hub installed and now my remotes don't work with the magic eyes. Checked all connections, lights on all the magic eyes, RF output on. Any ideas? Thank you

Re: Magic eye not working after fibre broadband installed
Broadband and magic eyes are not connected in anyway whatsoever
Try connecting the magic eyes to the Sky Boxes RF2 socket to eliminate cable issues
You could try turning off the RF2 power and turning it on again in the Sky boxes hidden menu

Re: Magic eye not working after fibre broadband installed
@Sarah221 I agree with @Annie+UK - this isn't connected to your fibre installation. As you have 4 magic eyes I imagine you have an amplified splitter connected to your Sky box's RF output. Most likely the problem is either with the splitter or your Sky box's RF output. You can test the latter as @Annie+UK suggested.
