Lost ability to connect my sky +box to use catch up

Recently changed broadband supplier and connection  to internet dropped I phoned sky since that call I cannot reconnect my sky box

Have you updated your Sky  network settings? You need to change the SSID and wifi password just as you would for any other device. 

 

Or just press the WPS button on your Sky box then within 30 seconds press the WPS button on your new router.
