Lost BBC channels from freeview via old aky box

Sky have switched BBC off from old box. The call number displayed doesn't work. Who do I call? How do I get BBC channels back?

Do you have an old SKY + box that cannot  view HD signals ?

If so then you probably have 3 options  - 1) look for a 2nd hand SKY HD box on the likes of Ebay or Call SKY to upgrade to SKY Q or 3) Call SKY to switch to SKY Stream

BTW The BBC switched off their SD channels (im January!) - so technically not SKY

If you have a SKY HD box then maybe you need help to locate the BBC HD channels

Presumably you are referring to Freesat rather than Freeview: the BBC choosing to end SD broadcast from satellite has been advertised both on the channels themselves and elsewhere since last year.
