Loss of subscription chanels

I am receiving the message 'press sky then red button to watch this HD chanel' on all my subscription chanels?

Have you ordered Sky Q or Sky Glass and cancelled the order?

No, we haven't made any changes, we were watching a chanel last night and tried to continue watching today when we received the message. Thanks

Thank you Annie, the new install didn't work but I managed to speak to sky support and it's now been re-installed. Thanks again.
