Loss of subscribed channels

I turned my Tv on this morning and found that my sports channels and movie channels that I subscribe to have stopped working and I get a message to contact sky to upgrade. I have disconnected the system and rebooted it and I have checked and confirmed my account is active and up to date. All the other channels are working as normal and I have a good signal
