I am experiencing the same issue as the original poster above....loss of all paid for channels and Sky+services on multiroom box.....main box is all ok.

Can anyone help from Sky??

I assume this is down to the problems nationwide tonight? Still nothing working on 2nd box so can someone escalate it please.

I did do the new install earlier and have just activated the card (although it was obviously already active) but that can take 4hrs. Still no access to any paid for channels, will see what it's like in the morning. So annoying as I thought the box had died so ordered a new one off ebay in haste.

Still nothing working on 2nd box other than viewing the free channels. No record, no playback, no pause. Done rebuild, full reset, new install, activated card, all fine on 1st box.

Hi all I think a superuser needs to escalate your cases so you can be invited to a chat.

once in the chat the sky employiee will walk you through to try to resolve your issue.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your posts to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

There should be a bubble at the bottom of this page so if you can't see it then try using a different browser.
