Have main sky HD+ box in one room with all channels available to view which are part of chosen sky package. Problem recently arose when the sky+ box in second room has lost all sky subscribed channels. Still get free to view channels including Dave, Film4, Great! movie channels etc, but no sky channels and LFCTV subscription channel.
*Have removed and wiped/cleaned viewing card
*Unplugged all devices and rebooted
*Reset sky+ box
Message claiming not connected to broadband router, but was obviously connected before when all channels were available. Paying £22pm for multi-room and extra subscribed fee for LFCTV and getting nothing in return except free to view channels. Thinking of moving tv to BT. Any thoughts in how to fix?

If it's the same issue as described above it shouldn't need an engineer.
I've escalated your post to Sky. Have a read at the instructions above for details of how this works.

Re: Loss of subscribed channels in multiroom
To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147
When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Loss of subscribed channels in multiroom
Hi Im having the same problem. Box 1 all working fine but box 2 only able to watch bbc 1, 2, itv and channel 4. Unable to record any channel or watch any recordings, started about 9.30pm tonight. Done a planner rebuild, system reset (so lost all recordings) and wiped card.
