Loss of satellite reception. Refund ?

I reported a loss of satellite reception to Sky on 27 February but they can't send an engineer until 8 April. Am I entitled to a refund on my monthly subscription ?

@kevinforster  There is no legal obligation on sky to provide a refund for loss of tv services 

 

however if you give sky a call once the issue has been resolved they may offer a goodwill gesture payment for days without service

Have you got Sky+?

If so have you got Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance?
If you haven't then Sky won't be sending an engineer for a Sky+ issue.
