Loss of channels
I've lost most of my channels. I've already turned my box off at the wall for a duration of 4 minutes like suggested in response to other customers!
I need an engineer to come and take a look! There is clearly an issue with the dish.

Re: Loss of channels
Sky no long support Sky+ or Sky+HD boxes or connected dish faults. You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense or contact Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or move to Stream/Glass.
