Had a sky + multi room subscription for 20+ years. I have now lost some of my HD channels on my second TV, the other TV is working OK.

What do you mean by 'lost'? What's happening or not happening when you try to watch them? Is there an error message?

@Diane116 that indicates that the box's Viewing Card has lost your viewing privileges. If the box is connected to the Internet, carrying out a New Install may restore them, otherwise you'll need to give Sky a call.
