Losd of channels

Hi last Thursday the 30th October 2025 we had strong winds . We lost our sky TV.  I have been intouch with your customer service who offered an upgrade to Q . Since . Then I have investigated the signal loss and other options. I have now got both input signals back and it says everything is OK. But I have only some of the channels I had before.

No F1 which I pay for.

Only some sky sports channels no 402 , 404,405,no 407 f1.

No Quest channels

some plus one Channels.

the list is long but  no 105 no 107 108. I you go right through there are the odd ones.

I need you to understand . I need to recover the F1. Is there an e mail address I can send a full list.

No Channel 5 and any associated channels . Thank you.

There's no address, and it wouldn't make any difference anyway: Sky no longer provides installer support for the Sky+ HD platform.

You could choose to employ (and pay) a local independent specialist if you wish.

[Removed]

I have same issue of paid for channels not working on Sky+ and they now say I need to upgrade to SkyQ. Doens't stop them helping themselves to my subscription from my bank account though.

[removed] No wonder loads of people just stream ..... legally or not. If the top dollar paid for service doesn't work, why should we bother?

@BenSl Sky+ is an old, obsolete platform, for which Sky no longer provide engineer support, which is what is required to check your dish and cabling and get your channels working again.

Sky's solution is to upgrade to their current satellite platform, Sky Q, or move to Stream. The issue with your dish would be fixed at no additional cost to you, if you upgraded to Sky Q.

If you want to stick with Sky+ you could always engage a local satellite engineer to sort out your dish issues for you.

Sky+ HD ceased manufacturing a decade ago: it's not entirely unreasonable for Sky to be finally removing support for what's now a thoroughly outdated platform.
