Looks like i need to update my old sky+ box, how is anyone finding Sky Q

My Sky+ HD box is not working , even after going through the help topics. 

Looks like I may need to update to Sky Q.

Any feedback on Sky Q appreciated

@Evag12 An alternative is buying a second hand  Sky+ HD box have you rejected that idea?

Your best bet is to visit the Sky Q forum. But bear in mind that most people post when they have issues so you might get a bit of a one-sided view.
