Dear Sky,
why has the number of programmes on ITV reduced per day that are
normally available on your Catch Up service?
On Monday 23/9 there were 28 programmes made available on your
Catch Up service from ITV, which is roughly about average.
On Tuesday 24/9 there were 19 programmes available.
On Wednesday 25/9 there were 14 programmes made available.
On Thursday 26/9 there were a mere 8 programmes available.
These reducing figures mean that certain programmes that we
would normally download, to watch later have not been made availble.
Can you please explain what the problem is.
For your information this query is also being mde to ITV themselves in
an effort for this to be sorted out between you.
Regards,
J.F-Jones
