unless you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you will need to employ a satellite company at your own expense as Sky no longer support Sky+ issues (including the dish).

You will need to locate a company to you to come out and repair it as Sky no longer service Sky+ customers.

Also be aware that any potential legal liability sits with the householder rather than Sky: ownership of the dish transfers on installation.
