Keep losing channels like sky history etc

For a couple of weeks now every few days I lose a number of channels. When I check the signal  the input 2 has no signal at all. When I change to a working channel input2 is perfect!

When i loae the channel, if i do a system rebuild...they all work, therefore I know its not the dish (which i have had checked)or the wiring....

Any help would be appreciated

A faulty LNB on the dish can cause issues such a this

You can contact Sky using the number here (See the "Need more help?" dropdown near the bottom of the page)

Note: Make sure you have the correct country flag selected in the bottom-right of the page

Re: Keep losing channels like sky history etc

I've had the dish checked out & it's working perfectly fine. Alignment & lnb tests are all ok

Also

The input 2 signal after the reset is perfect, so it can't be a faultin lnb

Intermittent fault on the LNB?

Faulty Sky box?

It definately sounds like hardware 😞

That leaves cables (and connections) or a faulty Sky box.

Must be the sky box as once rest its fine.

If I go thru new installation is there anything I need to know? Rebuild works but then after a while the thing loses them again
