It says I need to insert new viewing card which I don’t have

When we try to access sky cinema it says if you have received a new viewing card please I see it now.  I do not have a new viewing card and am paying for this service, also the catch up service has disappeared and I can't access that which I am also paying for.  I've tried it again and I cannot access any sky channels.  Please sort this asap I am not happy about this service

You're talking to other Sky customers here, not Sky customer services. 

 

Have you previously ordered,  then cancelled Sky Q?
