Issue connecting hd box to new 3 broadband

I have issues connecting my sky hd box to my new 3 broadband. I have restarted both the box and 3 hub, pressed the wps button on the sky (little box) and on the 3 hub. Cannot connect via cable as 3 hub is in bedroom above lounge where sky box is. Not sure if the network settings on sky box are correct, when on network it does not allow me to input a new password for the new Internet. Sorry I am not technical, hence help required. Thank you
