Is the free upgrade to Sky Q still available?

A while ago I received an email about being able to upgrade from Sky+ to SkyQ on the same package, with free installation and equipment - no price increase. Is it still available? Now that they have introduced Sky Sports Plus we think we need to get SkyQ to get all the rugby league games. Will this allow us to see all the games?

@Sharon+W  You would need to call Sky to find out if the offer is still available.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

The only way to find out for sure is the call the number shown on the email.

It will allow you full access to the new Sky Sports+ service that is launching this week although I should point out that you need to have the full Sky Sports package before getting access to it as just subscribing to the one sports channel will not give you access.
