No it isn't, you would need a Sky Q box or Sky Glass/Stream to watch Amazon via them.

 

The other way would be to purchase a Google Chromecast to plug into your TV and stream for tablets, phones< PCs etc to it as you can watch Amazon via this way.

The last Sky+ HD boxes were manufactured in 2015: they are too low specification to host apps (or output UHD) and the operating system they run on was never intended to do so anyway.  This was a major factor in Sky changing over to the Q television platform.
