Hi I don't know how to do this I ordered s sky plus package it has arrived I've installed it but I don't like it. To be honest I'm too old my husband is 83 he wanted it but I've realised if anything happens to him or I the other won't be able to pay so I'm trying to cancel while I'm in 14 days. But not getting away apart from stressed with it.

Just to reiterate, you haven't ordered or installed Sky Plus. Sky plus has not been available to new customers for years. Possibly Stream?

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
