i got Sky Q Silver end of 2016 before I had the old 2010 reliable Sky+HD box. My first Sky Q box worked well, in 2018 we had an engineer over to look at our broadband as we had issues with it. He replaced our Sky Q box for no reason with a ES240 model, the ES240 works so bad this is our 35th one (no joke).
anyways we want to go back to sky+ and have a Sky subscription so we can rewind pause etc but we can't get s subscription online is there anyway to get a subscription for Sky+

@skyq2tb Sky no longer do new subscriptions to Sky+HD I'm afraid.
Surely after 35 Sky Q boxes, there's an inference that the box isn't the issue.
