I understand to select input to my TV I press TV and help simultaneously on the remote, but they are

I am not able to select the input to my TV ie HDMI1 or HDMI2. I understood that to do this I should press TV and help simultaneously on the remote, but this is not working.

Does TV and Help do anything at all? Not all remote codes allow full functionality from the Sky remote.

No, you press TV to set the remote to TV mode, then you can press Help as many times as required

When finished with TV mode you press the Sky button to go back to controlling the Sky box

Thank you for this, problem solved, I was using the wrong code for my TV model so the TV and volume buttons were not working, idiot!
