I need to watch Sky tv

I have upgraded to Sky Q. The engineer can't attend until 3rd February- but I want to watch Sky Arts etc now. I was not informed that this was going to suddenly happen.

@dianesmith1  You should be able to use sky go on mobile devices and laptops/pcs in the meantime 

 

there is nothing else you can do

What would suddenly happen?

 

Nobody 'needs' to watch Sky Arts, or another form of tv. It's just entertainment.

If you do not have a terrestrial aerial to access Sky Arts ... you could subscribe to Sky's NOWTV service for a month if your Smart TV supports the NOWTV app😉

So you currently have Sky+HD ?

Unless that box is broken it should still be working until the switchover date.
