@Graham091959 we're customers here and consequently nobody here knows your Viewing Card number. It's printed on the Card itself, so just remove it from your Sky box to see it. Or it's shown on screen if you go to Services > Settings > Details, or possibly in your online Sky account (I can't remember where).
